The terms that govern credit repair services provided by Level Up Consulting Group.
Services Provided
Level Up Consulting Group provides credit repair and credit building services, including a review of your credit reports, identification of inaccurate or unverifiable information, preparation and submission of disputes on your behalf, and guidance on building a credit profile lenders evaluate. Level Up Consulting Group does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice; if you need legal advice you must contact a licensed professional.
No Guarantee of Results
Level Up Consulting Group does not guarantee any specific outcome or credit score increase. Accurate and verifiable information generally cannot be removed from a credit report. We contract only to provide the services described in your service agreement, and we do not contract to remove accurate or verifiable information from your credit file.
Your Participation
Active participation is essential. You agree to provide all requested documents, forms, and information — including credit report and investigation results — in a timely manner so we can deliver the services you've enrolled in.
Fees and Payment
Fees for services are set out in your service agreement. No fee is charged for, nor collected for, any service until that service has been fully provided, as required by law. Plans are billed on the schedule stated in your agreement.
Cancellation
You may cancel your agreement at any time, in writing, by contacting us at support@level-upcg.com or by phone at 925-255-7252. Cancellation is effective when we receive your notice, and you will not be charged for services not yet performed.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Level Up Consulting Group's total liability arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the fees you have paid to us. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made by lenders, credit bureaus, or other third parties.
Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Sacramento County, California.
